What you buy, what you can expect, and what we do not provide

What you are buying

Our products are digital educational resources (for example, fillable PDF workbooks). They are not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. They do not create a therapist–client or professional–client relationship.

If you need clinical care, please contact a licensed mental health professional in your area. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US), reach out to a local mental health provider, or call emergency services.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. Because the workbooks are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. Please make sure the product is right for you before you buy.

Access and downloads

Purchased files are saved to your GraceBridge account and can be re-downloaded from your library at any time. You are welcome to use the file for your own personal reflection. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or commercially use the file without written permission.

Subscriptions

If a GraceBridge Pro membership is offered, it will bill on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime through your account. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access for the period you already paid for.
