What we collect, and what we do not
Plain language, no legal fog. GraceBridge Hope & Healing is an educational publication, so we ask for as little as possible.
Reading the site
You can read every article without giving us anything. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising on this site.
Email list
If you join the letter, we store the email address you enter and which page you signed up from, so we know what was useful. We use it to send new writing and resource announcements — nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time, and asking us to delete your address removes it.
Accounts
If an account is created, we store your email address and the record of anything you have access to. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Card details go directly to them and are never stored on our servers; we keep only the record of what was purchased and when. Digital products are delivered instantly. All sales are final and no refunds are issued.
What you write to us
Messages are read personally and are not shared. Please do not send clinical details, crisis information, or anything you would not want kept in an ordinary email inbox — this is not a confidential clinical channel, and GraceBridge does not provide counseling, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
Safety note
If someone else can access your device or inbox, consider using a device they cannot reach before subscribing or writing to us.
